How Do We Deconstruct Racism in a Place Like Google?

Anti-racism activist and writer Tim Wise recently visited Google to talk about addressing and deconstructing racism in institutions. Wise notes that there are many voices telling that we live in a "post-racial era" where talking about race is seen as being "so 1965," and that we don't have to talk about race because President Obama's in the white house, but how does it really play out in someplace like Silicon Valley?
