Hip Hop Meets School Uniforms: You Gotta Do the 'Khaki Dance'

Kids the world over have one question: How can you have swag when you're wearing a school uniform? Minneapolis-based Y.N. Rich Kids—of "Hot Cheetos and Takis" fame—and their affiliated NSJ crew have an answer to those seemingly boring polo shirts and khakis:

"Catch me in my blue tee my loose leaf is full of rhymes
u better stay on your p's and q's cuz in school i stay on mine
khakis, creased and ironed, u know i stay crispy
i'ma do my khaki dance, u should do it with me."

      And "You can call it burrito cos it's a wrap!" Love these kids--they could seriously save hip hop from itself--and I love that the adults in their lives are nurturing their creativity and helping them express it.
