This 20 min video is awesome. I'm a huge fan of skateboarding (particularly because it offers so many life lessons to me). I also am a huge fan of design and innovation. This talk by Rodney Mullen (Skateboard legend) talks about breaking through the boundaries of limitation, creating a context of excellence, and breaking new ground by getting up every time you fall (and never stopping)

If creativity is the mother of innovation, persistence is its father.

    I totally agree with his point that it's important to not think about things too much to move something forward. I think sometimes we take too many pauses before trying something that it prevents us from ever innovating.
