Arizona Bookstore Creates Inspiring Tribute to Our Right to Read

Banned Books Week, the campaign celebrating the freedom to read and open access to information also hosts a Virtual Read-Out, which encourages people to upload videos of themselves reading from banned texts. Schools and libraries are the targets of most book banning efforts, and thanks to its ethnic studies ban, Arizona's a current hotbed of book banning. The state’s Bookmans bookstore chain created this inspiring tribute to the right to read. Kudos to them for speaking up.
