A Bike Built for Two, Reimagined

How do you get two people on an ordinary bike? Here's an alternative to perching semi-dangerously on someone's handlebars: Designer Jared Loveless has created a flip-down scooter that's easily stored on a back rack when it's not in use. Loveless says he wants to double the number of people on bikes, without doubling the number of bikes themselves.
