You are correct, it seems SF has sites a dime a dozen. I'm sure some consolidation is in order in the near future. I'm also sure fulfillment continue to be one of the biggest challenges besides trust for collcons sites. And yes, we are focused on renting because our lenders want to receive some value and we want to make sure we are providing value to both sides of the equation. But I do have much respect for the sites that focus on lending and borrowing. On another note, I was looking for a tent as well (part of the reason we got into this) and found so many others in the same boat. I figure at most I'll use it once a year if that so makes no sense to buy unless my 3 year old gets hooked on camping, which is highly likely ;-)
What city are you in Zachary? Our site, <a href="http://www.Ayoopa.com">Ayoopa</a> has tents but we are local to Houston. We have plans to roll out to certain cities by the year end. I'll have to check out if Nextdoor is in Houston yet.
