There is no way this is the "first" such film. This is a very common genre, in fact it's quite *old* by this point. They had started mounting cameras on trains, cars etc 20 or 30 years before this. There's a popular production company who made "Hales Tours" who invented this genre called the "Phantom Ride" cinema. It is called a "travelling shot" and from the "cinema of attractions" era, so PRE-NARRATIVE cinema. And in 1926 they've already invented sound cinema!
