Personal Docs/sharing files with friends: Dropbox

Travel Plans: Find a friend and go places with them.
VoiceMail: Make sure no one leaves you a voice mail ever!! Hang up and text me if you don't get me if your name doesn't start with Dad, Mom or Grandpa.
Social Network: HootSuite is good if you're pressed. But who has time. Limit Facebook. Twitter is for work, no one wants to follow your personal life. And Linkedin has it's advantages if you're actively looking for a job, clients, or business partners. Everything else can disappear.
Communicate with your whole team: Gchat. Yammer is a terrible product.
Stay fit: Do yoga (possibly with help from YouTube) or go to the gym. AlphaTrainer or Nike Training are good substitutes for miCoach, but it's really personal preference.
Sleep better: Get a routine. Stick with it. Practice meditation. Have fewer apps.
