I'm guessing that the 'clients' that he has are highly motivated to participate in their own counsel. Not so much with the elementary student. And I'm guessing that his 'clients' aren't necessarily dependent on someone else to get them to their meeting and get them properly fed and rested before the meeting. Also, not necessarily a highly motivated group. While I do like the idea of a professional salary (shouldn't we be paid that anyway!!!!), the idea of being responsible for Bart Simpson's whole elementary school career isn't really all that appealing. If you really want better teachers, build them from the ground up. Not the top down.
