Would like to have seen UV images of parts of the body which see much less sun than the face to confirm that what this video is showing is not just general aging instead of sun exposure. In other words, how do we know that this isn't just the natural aging process, even if your face was never exposed to sun?
Also, you need sun for vitamin D protection. The thing is, your face always gets sun, so you want to try to let other parts get sun, those parts that rarely do. And of course, you don't want to overdo it so they get burned. But I think it's an over-reaction to say that we should always slather on sunscreen.
