Think of a generic house, and you probably picture something along the lines of a simple children’s drawing: A basic box with a few windows and a door. Even as architectural styles have evolved, the typical form of a home has stayed more or less the same.     Well it's fine if it enhances the life within it, and helps people grow, as all good architecture should. There should be caution whenever designing something that is 'inspired' by something else, especially from nature, since there are generally very specific reasons why something looks the way it does. These qualities sometimes simply aren't applicable to other forms, which in the case of architecture, may make it a bad living space, and perhaps in this case, bad architecture.
