I think that TED conferences are perfect places to start conversations, and can also inspire people who haven't volunteered to start caring about community service and social impact. This may not lead to large-scale change, but small actions can add up. Totally interested in reading your paper once it's published. Small-space makers sounds like an awesome idea. If successful, these spaces could connect innovators in a think-tank like way. Thanks for sharing!!
