I've learned that when we share our own vulnerabilities it allows others to see our common humanity and they are more likely to help us. Thank you for affirming this thought. Best of luck to you!!!! And thanks for sharing part of your journey!

I love this -- both the idea & the company doing it. I just signed up for a class in SF. Don't give up, ladies!!

You guys are wonderful. Excited to follow along on this journey!

Jess and Erin. Great initiative! I started a project collecting stories of 'failure in social enterprises' a while ago and I always get excited when daring entrepreneurs share their downs. It's so reassuring and helpful to others going through similar experience! I'll be reading your blog regularly, and... can't wait to have Dabble offer classes in DC once you overcome the current challenges. Best of luck

I'd love to follow the blog, but when I click the link I get a malware warning.

Which link? I'll look into it. Both work fine for me!

I so love this. I often think of this with my friends and when I read eveyones facebook pages. I wonder where is reality?

OMG! This is the best article. I am sending it to ...not only my family but my friends. Finally an explanation that makes sense and makes me laugh!
And... I love your company Dabble! I am sending that out too.... I live in LA so thinking about how I can support Dabble. Great Job Girls!

This is so radical. I hope you start a trend. What a great learning opportunity for all of us... and what a great way to build loyalty with your users. Mad props!

    • Jess Lybeck

We're learning a ton ... that's for sure. Thanks for your support Nate!

Really cool you're doing this. I wish more businesses were this way. I think if you serve people, you should just be open about what you're doing and why.

    • Jess Lybeck

Thanks Alessandra. It's tough to expose your underbelly, but we think the positives far outweigh the negatives.
