    Hi Genevieve- interesting thought about giving teachers an education beyond four years. I think teachers should always be learning and trying new things. Going to conferences and education camps like the Exploratorium in San Fran can open a teacher's mind to new ways of teaching. This teacher had no idea how to code, so she went to a coding camp, made an app, and is now teaching her kids (who don't have computers in the classroom) how to code by hand. It would be nice if teachers like her pooled resources together to be able to teach students with necessary tools. You can learn more from her here in this video:
