    This is great work. It all too often happens that inspiration generated at events is left 'on the table'. This lost momentum can quickly return to inertia. Creating an aperture to capture the desire to take action will drive not only the direct impact benefits- but will also likely expose individuals to action and develop a taste for action among people who might otherwise not reach that point as quickly.
