    I love the idea of bringing production closer to the market. Thank you for sharing this awesome, innovative way of farming JJ. The cool thing is that even though the plants are being mass produced, the warehouse uses sustainable practices. How do we take a model like this one and apply the structure to bigger corporations? I wonder if there are plans to spread this idea nationally.

      I don't think we can get larger corporations to change to this format sadly. At least not until their profit margins start being nibbled away by startups and new groups that practice this methodology. Looking at this method, hydroponics, or aquaponics there is massive potential for real profit while creating thriving ecosystems of healthy plants and animals yielding healthy food. (also sorry about the long reply time. I was out of town)
