UK Study Reveals Dogs Know Humans Can't See in the Dark

United Kingdom researchers studied 84 dogs in different light conditions and discovered that dogs were more likely to snatch forbidden treats when the treats were under obscure lighting conditions. What's interesting is the dogs seemed to show an understanding of when humans in the experiment could see. Just like kids that sneak cookies from the cookie jar, these dogs have a sense of self-awareness.
