    I am all for recycleing but it must be taken in to concideration that shipping containers only have a twenty year useful life cycle

      The cargo containers, with a life span of about 20 years when used for their original purpose, have an "infinite life span" when stationary and properly maintained, according to architect Adam Kalkin.

    Totally rad! This idea could move to houses and other architecture.

      Agreed! People are using shipping containers more and more as architecture, and in pop-up shops, restaurants, etc. Good for repurposing materials, and they look cool too.
