There are many forms of theatre, ranging from improvisation to kabuki, and although we tend to think of performances as entertainment often times brushed with life lessons, what is really happening to the individuals who practice theatrical activities? And to the observers? How does theatre affect us psychologically, and perhaps most importantly, can it make us better human beings?
