The Many Hats of a Community Manager

Rarely are there parts of an organization that community managers don't touch. In any given workday, they assume a variety of different roles, from customer service reps to marketing assistants. Putting on and taking off these hats in the shuffle can often be a challenging task, but they somehow manage to make it look easy. In honor of all community managers, here's a snapshot of the many personas they take on.
