      I wonder what would be different about the design if it was a log cabin!

    The design is gorgeous, but terribly impractical. I guess that's the beauty of conceptual design.

    Well with solar being stronger than ever I imagine it would not be a problem for the power. As soon as solar gets strong enough big oil will buy them out. I worry about that.

    I guess the only hurdle would be to keep the tracks clear otherwise the house would get stuck or tracks damaged. Lovely idea, I would love to live in the house for a year to see how it works out for me.

      I wonder about that, too. I'm also curious how the tracks are powered (their design includes solar panels, but I wonder how much energy it takes to move a whole house, especially if you move it often).
