    Ben – thanks for the kind words. I love your addition! You're absolutely right. We (myself included) so often get caught up in results that we miss the beauty of the process.

    Hey Matt, really loved this piece you wrote. I think slowing down is the coolest and hardest thing, and totally agree with the times quotation regarding the hedge against emptiness. Along with your list, I'd add a 9th bullet - enjoy it. I find when I get caught up in what lies ahead, I forget that I actually enjoy what lies ahead, but when it exists as something down the road, it drives anxiety. I'm trying to avoid that by knowing that I like problems, and I like most of the stuff I do, and letting myself live into that is a fun challenge. Anyhow, thanks for sharing this. And your site, company, and work look really awesome.
