    it'll be more interesting if every person on the team, rather than job title, have an unique nickname that represents his/her skills, in order to maximize output and appreciate every differences. have not proved yet, but it's worth to try.

    I think in this case the person may still have the position & title but they don't use it to exert authority on the team. Like when someone says to refer to them by their first name not by a salutation or title.

    Interesting thoughts on job titles. But aren't those necessary to move up in the world- just for salary's sake? I'd love if every company was like this, but since the job market doesn't work this way, do you suggest creating your title just for a resume? As for the post-it method- I think it's interesting but sometimes leads to no follow-up, so I like the voting system. Wonder if there's a better way to log all the info put on the post-its?
