Before he was an NBA superstar, before he was making millions and winning championships, Chris Bosh was a young man with a keen interest in computing systems--something he attributes to having "extremely geeky parents." He was attracted to the binary language shared by all gadgets, joining the Association of Minority Engineers and the National Society of Black Engineers as a high school senior. In an amazing op-ed for Wired, he writes on the importance of code and why we all need to learn it.
