Stop Working Yourself to Death!!!


It seems like there is always too much to do and not enough time to do it. We work incredibly long hours. We work while we eat, sleep, drive, and exercise and we do it until we can longer keep going and we have to zonk out.

People cannot function like this, exhaustion breeds dissatisfaction. People need time to rest, recover and recharge in order to remember what we are even doing here, what we work for and why it matters to us.
