Some Wise Advice on Figuring Out What You Want to Do

Two of GOOD's interns recently asked Back in 1990 Calvin and Hobbes creator Bill Watterson's delivered Kenyon College's commencement speech and warned graduates that "creating a life that reflects your values and satisfies your soul is a rare achievement." Gavin Aung Than's visualization of Watterson's speech is a poignant reminder for us all that "to invent your own life's meaning is not easy."

      You're very welcome, Gisela. If we truly want global prosperity and peace, we can't stick to materialism-driven notions of life/career and this comic was such a great representation of that. I wish this came in a poster because I would put it up in my house somewhere.
