Give it to Microsoft to use with their ample amount of resources. I'm sorta surprised NASA would even use Microsoft's Skype to host connectivity. Possibly they are actually doing something commonly unfounded by Microsoft--FREE hosting. Maybe Microsoft is trying to push off some of its tarnish by doing this?

Microsoft is big on doing things that only bring everyone Microsoft products... Evenly in upcoming Windows 8, you will have the greatness of seeing advertisements litter your Desktop experience -- Giving popups and asking you to try this and that -- All only being Microsoft products. All for Microsoft can push more products out, with out advertising, and collecting user statistic data just to sale for more money.

Microsoft is a glutton of money and really forgets that its community is more then a resource of money. So this event of Microsoft's Skype doing something like so... Is pretty odd.
