    I appreciate the permission she is giving people and especially women in this TED talk. Such a simple lesson we all have to learn time and time again in order for it to sink in!

    Agreed! I am a big supporter of getting enough sleep. For me, getting into a good, healthy sleeping routine was really helpful. I try to go to bed and wake up at the same time throughout the week.

      I aspire to do the same, but I inevitably get distracted by some article or the latest Walking Dead and don't make it to bed quite as planned. New year's resolution 2014.
