Café Mox and Card Kingdom sit side-by-side in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. This unusual but highly successful business model has surprised everyone by becoming a thriving, all-ages gathering spot that builds community and encourages family fun. The Fall 2013 issue of the quarterly online neighborhood improvement journal called Neighborhood Life features my interview with Customer Experience Manager Dan Tharp who shares insights on how and why this dream came true and flourished.
