Thats great. I have heard of the visualizing the worst possible scenario before actually we discussed it in my yoga teacher training. When you do it you realize nothing is really that scary. Thanks for the read.

To anyone who enjoyed this, I highly recommend Mishima Yukio's "The Way of the Samurai". It's the (brilliant!) mid-century author's commentary on Jocho Yamamoto's "Hagakure" - a canonical samurai text on bushido, the code of ethics undergirding all aspects of samurai conduct.
