    So what is the most eco/green method to workout? Using any sort of equipment has manufacturing involved. Unless you run barefoot and naked haha.
    Sounds like streaking is the new eco workout haha

      Ha, that does seem the obvious answer!

      I think it's just picking more basic equipment, eco components where available, and giving everything a solid use before cycling through to the next pair of shoes. Shoe makers make us think we need to buy new shoes far more frequently than we really do if you ask me.
