Rooftop Garden Feeds Hundreds at Local Community Centre

Regent Park in Toronto is Canada's largest and oldest public housing project. Recent development has put a number of new condominium towers in the area. On at least one tower, though, something different is happening. The condo developer has donated their rooftop space to Cultivate Toronto who is using it to grow food for a local community centre.

    I love that this is happening. If more communities shared their tools, spaces, and resources, we'd all benefit by learning from one another and working together.
