Taverns, cafes, and pharmacies were once the places where people gathered not only to socialize but to create social change, in their personal lives, communities and cities.

Some people think we no longer get together to build stronger communities and catalyze change.

What if we could use our local pub, bar or tavern as more than simply a place to have a cold beverage, what if we used them as places to redefine what it means to be a citizen and create change in the age of participation.
