Crowdfunding is a game changer. Look forward to launching my own campaign on indiegogo on Nov. 13. Stay tune!

The revolution will be crowdfunded! From small projects to larger ones like Mosiac (www.joinmosaic.com), crowdfunding is reinventing entire sectors of the economy, and giving us true market feedback that only huge companies use to have access to. Yay for democratized economies.

Awesome to see our artist Rebecca Phillips' project featured here! We hope you'll all enjoy reading about her desire to use art to preserve Memphis history! Making art accessible to everyone is really important to our organization, and we've been really pleased to see such support for her project to make affordable prints of her work! Thanks Alessandra for featuring her here! More about the project here: http://www.good.is/posts/prints-for-preservation-a-project-for-memphis-history

The balloon flight project got $523 since we posted! More projects on this list need help!

I very much agree with this sentiment, my favorite item featured was the "Sun Water: Project" and it deserves as much attention as it can get! for a cause that good.

Our program, culturebooster, brings crowdfunding to K-12 by introducing an entrepreneurial curriculum to the classroom. Students decide on a crowdfunding service learning project for the community/school, anything from raising money for the local animal shelter to buying school supplies, and learn key business fundamentals along the way. We hope you'll connect with us and check out our website at http://culturebooster.com/. culturebooster is the first of many programs under our education methodology Tomorrow Prep (http://tomorrowprep.com/). Thanks!
