    This is amazing and inspiring!

I'd love to see you all at an event held each year by the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago called Crosswalk. It's a peace walk that looks to draw attention to and action around the tremendous amount of gun violence affecting youth and young adults in Chicago.

Great work Abigale and Davide. I love watching your videos and following your path. Your success is a testament to the impact of music, good writing, and a truly powerful message.

    Abby and Davide,
It sounds like you are off to a great start on your tour of the US. In whatever city you visit, there are areas of hate, anger and killing where your message can make a difference.
    Safe trip and God bless.

Any ideas for states to visit-- particularly areas hit by disaster or tragedy?

Indeed we are All Interconnected. What a A GREAT way to inspire others by sharing your own talents; music has a wonderful way of bringing people together across cultures, age, beliefs. Thank you for connecting with Davide and helping him to share his music with those who may need it most. Hug from my heart to yours! And congrats to you for taking a risk and joining a project! I did that in 2005 when I quit my job, sold my home and possessions to create/facilitate a volunteer literacy project in Belize. I'm currently donating programs in Ghana. a HUGE part of my work is peace building and connecting across culture through stories, both Traditional and True! Here's to living one's passion and sharing one's talent!

It sounds like you are doing pretty fly stuff! Keep up the good work!

Perhaps our paths will cross one day!

Did you get the piano back? Where is it now?

    • Abigale James

The piano was finally given back! Phew. It is now behind us in a trailer. The exact location is somewhere outside DC. :-)

The car, piano and trailer all arrived in America on Monday!

Are you planning a West Coast swing? We could organize something in San Diego.

    • Abigale James

Thanks! That sounds great, and I would love to take you up on that! Please feel free to e-mail me @

The plan is to hit Cali in the Spring.

I am following you here on GOOD, Abigale, and will follow up with an email. Safe travels!

What a great offer, Erik. Where do you think you'd host something? Are there any places in SD that could use some uplifting inspiration?

  • Nora Howard

Very inspiring! What a creative way to bring some good to the world. Hope that you and Davide return to Philadelphia sometime soon.

  • Bridget James

This is so worthwhile and amazing. People need time to reflect on things and bringing music to the actual places where a shooting took place is a really forward thinking to almost force people to do just that. I love it and hope that it will help bring peace back to places affected by such cruel acts. PEACE, LOVE AND MUSIC!!!!

    • Abigale James

      Thanks, Bridget!

      I love your energy!

  • Porth15

this is amazing. keep up the good and inspiring work, Abigale and Davide! i will surely spread the good word (and music).

  • Alessandra Rizzotti

I love the work you're doing. While a message of peace can be sometimes hard to convey, I think offering a moment of reflection and stillness to areas that are impacted by tragedy is very powerful- and I hope the neighborhoods you visit and the people you meet have an opportunity to share their stories with you- because I think that's one thing you can offer in addition to your beautiful music- an ear to listen to them.

    • Abigale James

Thanks for the positive words! You hit the nail right on the head. Reflection is what Davide is hoping to get at. The stories I have heard have been incredible thus far! It's true, if you listen (whether to music or people), you can learn extraordinary things.
