Way to go!!! Wish I could paint something like that on the ceiling of MY apartment!!! Only difference would be: I would paint the Spoliarium by my countryman, Filipino artist Juan Luna, the first recipient of three gold medals awarded in the 1884 Madrid Exposition of Fine Arts!!!

I absolutely love that you did this. I love Michelangelo too - La Pieta in the Vatican always breaks my heart. I hope your landlord doesn't white it out, but if you think they might, you should see if you can find an art-lover to take over the lease for you, someone who would love to lie back and dream while looking up at that. PS: Per wiki this is what Goethe said about Michelangelo and the SC but I think it's applicable to you too: "Without having seen the Sistine Chapel one can form no appreciable idea of what one man is capable of achieving." :)

Wow, awesome work! As an artist and community member, you should also create a 'do' for people to support these efforts through Kickstarter, in addition to the embedded link. This is a terrific example of doing something for one's best self that simultaneously and symbiotically improves things for the greater community in which they live. Kudos!
