nice photo edit. lighting is off though.

But there is a problem with that having concrete that can grow stuff. It would be more logical to have a building like so in a non-populated area. Moss and Ivy will already grow on anything as long as there is a constant water source -- Moss will anyway... Ivy needs to just have a steming base but it will grip onto any surface. But you could trickle water constantly down the side of a building and you will have moss grow.

The toxicity is the actual problem of concrete that could grow. Black mold... You do not want a wall covered in that pathogenic of disease growing on a wall. It will make people sick.
Its a good idea... I've thought of something like that before, but it was mainly just a wall of water, but what would a wall of water capture? Disease, CO2 and even if it was all capsuled and cleaned... You would just have reserves of toxic material. Least it would look cool though. It wouldn't help though... It could actually cause more problems being an incubator of disease.

Most concrete these days are aimed to be green... But concrete even being environmental friendly is still bad for us... Its lime deposits of dust and other build up causes cancer and even dry your allergies insane. But its environmental friendly, doesn't plant foreign substances into the environment.

When you think of renovations... You can't just see a few aspects... You got to look at everyone of the positives and negatives or you wont be helping at all.

But that concrete idea isn't a good one. Unless you want to plant black mold everywhere. An you can't riddle a concrete with cleaners... Because even soap is bad for the environment.
