New Houston Landmark Is A House Made Out Of 50,000 Beer Cans


The "Beer Can House" is "an incredible feat in recycling" that's made out of 50,000 beer bottles. The late John Milkovisch stopped throwing away his empty beer cans in the 1970s, instead re-purposing them as aluminum siding and fencing for his Houston home. Milkovisch then started collecting beer cans from across the city to supply his ever-expanding pet project. Now, his house is a local landmark.
