    This is such a great reminder to invest time in finding solutions instead of being held up by the criticisms that's rampant in the nonprofit world! Also, a greatt personal example -- thank you so much for sharing your story!

    My professor brought up an interesting point last week. I'll paraphrase, he said If you can think of a problem, before stating it out loud, think about how you can bring the same point up but within the context of a solution to that problem you thought of. I thought of that while reading your post. Way to go! you're awesome.

    I think it is amazing what you are doing! And I completely agree, there are too many people who criticize non-profits, just for criticism sake and fail to give any "constructive feedback." I am glad you highlighted the point that failing is a learning process, and everything is always in prototype - leaving room for growth and improvement.
