Love it, brilliant foray into a gift economy more than a week long :)

Can't wait to see where this goes, would love to talk about using edible insects to increase the sustainability/diversity of the pub. We're working with high protein breads and brewing, but theinsects can also live on brewed hops, and fed to chickens, or used as fertilizer...you see where I'm going.

    Cheers friends,

Hey - I can see that working. I haven't had the opportunity to try insects but most of us are no stranger to arthropods. I could snack on crispy crawfish or shrimp cocktail. Robert would probably be able to answer this, but how much of a leap is it *really* from popcorn shrimp to popcorn crickets?
