London's New Version of the High Line

A corner of London will soon have a new park that takes some inspiration from the High Line in New York. But it's also inspired by the local neighborhood: the 16th-century creator of the "Cabinet of Curiosities," England's first public museum, is buried nearby, and the park will have installations scattered throughout in tribute. The park was also inspired by an amusement park that was popular in the area from the 1600s to 1800s, when people used to come out for daily promenades.

    The plans for this park look beautiful! Excited to see it come to life. I heard the people who designed the High Line are designing a new park in Santa Monica, CA. Hoping the park will be ready in time for summer.
