London cyclists stage huge die-in in bid for safer roads.

Since 2008 over 2,000 people have been killed on the roads of London. In protest over the lack of action taken by the controlling authority, Transport for London (TfL), around 2,000 people staged a Dutch style "die-in" outside the TfL headquarters on November 29 calling for a greater share of the annual budget to be spent on cycling infrastructure and representation for cycling and pedestrians on the TfL board. Currently only train, buses and taxi companies are represented.
