Living Small: A Manhattan Micro Loft

Seeking a pied-a-terre in Manhattan, a client commissioned New York-based Specht Harpman to renovate a tiny penthouse duplex apartment in the Upper West Side. The chosen loft was rather unusual: a minuscule 425 square feet divided over three levels, with ceilings reaching over 25 feet, and appropriately titled Manhattan Micro Loft.
