LinkedIn Rolls Out Redesigned Profiles and a 'Thought Leader' Feature

Yes, another redesign. While none of these features are new, the combination of a new front-end mixed with some additive functionality is always worth checking out or exploring. Does it better meet your needs as a professional? LinkedIn introduced a new feature for users with the redesign—the ability to follow 150 of "the world's most respected thought leaders". The ability to follow thought leaders on LinkedIn allows members to engage directly in professional conversations with influencers.

    I don't know if it will all work (and i for one really never use linkedin), but i really like the problems they're tackling there: skills and expertise, visualizing networks and similarities between users... cool stuff.

      I also never use LinkedIn - but it caters more towards those actively looking for work or those actively (re)building a staff.

      I do appreciate the emphasis on telling people how others are finding you - whether you're wanting to be hunted out or not.
