Really cool idea Armando. I just wonder how MOOCS can help this process if students need actual real life experience to be effective? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Hi Alessandra (are you italian like me?).
I think that the university is changing. Now a student of Ho-Chi-Minh can learn the heart surgery in many methods.
With contents, the augmented reality, the possibility of interact with the remote operating room, well, is a great and amazing thing.
MOOCs can do it greatly, because they allow the quality of both teaching and the learning. Great, no?
