    I think the key thing about their business model other than investing in women is that they require manufacturers to give fair wages and have fair hiring practices. I wonder why they focus on leather aside from scarves though? Doesn't seem too sustainable. I think they should keep it up with the scarves though. Love the idea of naming them after the women - that helps those that make them feel like they have ownership over the product and company. The video is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

      I believe the leather part of the business comes from a specific partnership, though I'm not finding the info to reference at this moment. Good point though.
