In the 21st Century, Schools Are Saying 'No' to Teaching Cursive

During the second day of the George Zimmerman murder trial, Trayvon Martin's friend, Rachel Jeantel, was grilled by the prosecution for not knowing how to read or write in cursive. Zimmerman's legal team must've missed the fact that cursive's been relegated to the 20th century dustbin. It's considered so out of date with modern priorities, it's not even included in the much anticipated Common Core State Standards.
