Los Angeles is leading the way towards a greener city for everyone with public programs that assist long term residents in working class neighborhoods to retrofit and upgrade their homes to save money and energy.

    Thanks for posting. It reminded me to look into a DWP check in. I think it's so important for even apt dwellers to start thinking about sustainable energy.
