    Thank you for this article. I DO find myself speaking out before I think things through. I used to be so shy that I had to force myself to just speak up without worrying about what people would think, without trying to figure out exactly how to say it. Now, I have to hold back. It's tough to moderate. I will try meditating. Thank you!

    It's true that through meditation, one learns about themselves. The simple time spent in your personal bubble allows you to reflect on your strengths and weaknesses. No wonder productivity in improved!
