If You’re Going To Instagram Your Food, At Least Help End Hunger In The Process

As a Peace Corps Volunteer in W. Africa this headline really grabbed me! On the rare occasions that I can connect to internet fast enough to load photos, it seems those photos are always of food porn from someone in the Western World showing off their latest delicious meal. It makes me jealous, but more importantly it points out just how food insecure this region is & how important initiatives like FoodShareFilter are. It "donates money to a charity & makes your food pictures easier to swallow"
